This piece is set in Japan and draws from my time living there. It shows a woman lying on the floor of her bedroom, surrounded by the small, familiar clutter of daily life. The city sits just outside the window, while the room stays intimate and personal — a quiet moment of rest, routine, and reflection shaped by a place that left a lasting impression.
